Summer Colors Oh Yeah!

Hi Everyone!  Hope your summer has been as great as ours has.  We have been so blessed with rain and now it is so gloriously green.  This is some of the new fabric that arrived this week.  All I can say is the possibilities are endless.

Advent Calendar Panel

Donna got our sample made up of the new "His Arrival" Advent Calendar panel.  The panel comes with the 24 ornament cutouts that you hang on the tree.  She just fused Heat and Bond to felt then to the ornaments and used her pinking shears to cut them out.  A small loop of ribbon on each ornament and buttons on the tree to hang each one on.  Great addition to your own Christmas decorations or what a wonderful gift.

Mesh Bag Class: Finished Bags

Mary Ellen taught the first session of her Mesh Bag class today and we had some beautiful bags produced! Here are just 3 of the bags (some had to leave early and didn't get the bag finished). Aren't these fun?! If you'd like to learn how to make a bag like this, she has another class (with slots still available if you want to sign up!) on July 24th at 10:30am. Come in the store or give us a call to get your name on the list and reserve your seat!

Canada Vacation Photos from Judy

Judy sent us photos from her amazing Canadian vacation! I'm sure it'll be hard to come back from all the green and water to our dry countryside...let's hope we get more rain!  Here is what she sent to us, enjoy!

"This is a place we saw today, Waterton! The hotel is the Prince of Wales.  Beautiful country so green your eyes hurt."

"This is Columbia Lake. The Columbia River, 4th largest in the U.S., runs out of it"
